I've been making wine as an amateur hobbyist for about 5 years now.
9/2003 Concord Wine - crushed, fermented on the skins, and then pressed and put in
secondary.
9/2003 90% Concord 5% Strawberry 5% Raspberry Wine - crushed, pressed, fermented
with some skins in some bags, filtered into secondary.
11/24/2003 Bottled my first two bottles of wine this year. Concord Wine is the darker bottle and Concord/Raspberry/Strawberry Blend is the lighter bottle.
 
11/15 & 11/22 Attended Winery Development Seminar by Western Iowa Grape Growers Association hosted at Western Iowa Community College in Council Bluffs, IA
Plan on building a Commercial Winery/Tasting Room in next few years.
